Laurie, Dental Office Manager

Laurie has been in the dental field for 12 years. She lives in McKinney with her husband Todd and 3 kids. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients. Her priority is to ensure that all our patients have a wonderful experience. Laurie attended University of North Texas where she received her BA. Laurie loves to go to the movies, shopping, Ranger's games and dining out.

Michelle, Front Desk/InsuranceCoordinator

Michelle joined the dental field in 2026 and loves creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient at Downtown Dental. She earned both her MBA and Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Detroit Mercy. Outside the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her baby son, Luca, cooking, and trying new restaurants and cuisines.

Diana, Registered Dental Assistant

Diana has been in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant for over 20 years. Diana is from Wichita Falls. Diana enjoys the teamwork at her office and is dedicated to patient care. Her main goal is to comfort patients who have dental anxiety and she strives to create a safe and comfortable environment for them. She also has a daughter named Codie, that she loves to spend her free time with, going to the movies, shopping and trying new restaurants.

Sweta, Registered Dental Assistant

Sweta began her dental career over 10 years ago, as a Registered Dental Assistant. She enjoys helping Dr. Randhawa and interacting with patients. Her knowledge and calming personality helps to comfort patients before, after and during their dental procedures. She lives in McKinney with her husband Amit and 2 beautiful daughters, Shreya and Shyla. Sweta loves to travel and shop.

Snow, Dental Hygienist

Snow graduated from Collin College with honors. She has over 20 years of experience in creating healthy smiles, building long lasting relationships with patients and educating them on the importance of overall oral health. She has been married over 16 years and is a soccer mom to two boys. Snow lives in Allen and enjoys working out, spending time with family, traveling and is a Foodie.

Courtney, Dental Hygienist

Courtney was born and raised in Paris, Texas. It was there where she met her husband Rhett. They have two wonderful boys, a busy middle schooler and a new baby born in 2024. Courtney attended dental assistant school where she realized her passion for educating her patients about their oral health and its role in their overall well-being. She became a Dental Hygienist and has been practicing since 2010. She loves being a boy mom, boating and playing with their golden-doodle.
